French Fuel Protests

This slideshow requires JavaScript.

French President Emanuel Macron’s approval rating fell to 23 percent according to a poll conducted since the start of the fuel protest on 17th November 2018. This is down six points on the previous month.

80% of people support the protests, but Macron’s arrogance and contempt for the French people has done nothing to quell growing antipathy among the populous.

While attempting to impose a punitive carbon tax on those with diesel cars, he reduces tax for the top 1% which, of course, benefits his stinkingly rich corporate employers. The current rise will not be a one off tax increase but is part of strategy to force people to stop using fossil fueled vehicles. It comes after a period where the economic wellbeing of many people, especially those living in rural areas, has been in marked decline. This tax has the effect of ‘twisting the knife’ for those who are already struggling.

Unfortunately, Macron shows no intent to withdraw his economic attack on French people, but rebukes them when they complain, referring to them as “Thugs” and threatening to come after protest organizers for defying his will. The delay in its implementation is just that, a delay and not a withdrawal. He is passionate about his cause and will not be stopped by the will and concerns of the French people whom he is meant to serve.

Macron, a Rothschild banker type and a hardened globalist clearly illustrates his lack of appreciation for the reality facing much of the French population. He is personally in a different economic league, but his combative and demeaning language shows what contempt he has for ordinary French people.

It does make me doubt the legitimacy of the election that put him in power. With Globalists, we are dealing with extremely powerful people with almost limitless resources and no bottom to their ruthlessness and depravity. They are driven by an unhealthy certainty, that they know what is best and what has to be done. Their convictions make them into religious zealots. They control most of the media. They control entertainment. They control most of the politicians. They have influential academics controlling much of the education system. Who knows, they may well have organized the 911 attack on the twin towers and the scandalous wars that followed. Fixing elections is nothing compared to the villainy they are capable of. There are many examples of leaders being prepared to exterminate large numbers of people as a means to maintain their power. The road to their version of Utopia is one that is traversed across a sea of real blood and tens of thousands of corpses that line the way. Let us hope that it does not degrade to that, but being among a mass of people is no protection especially if the contempt of leaders regards that mass as being made up of insects and “thugs”.

Brexit and UN Migration Compact

In Britain, while everyone’s attention is diverted to the debacle of Brexit that looks like a sell-out of the British people, few are paying any attention to the UN Migration Compact. Running to form, Theresa May will undoubtedly sign Britain up to this atrocious commitment that at least 18 prominent countries have already shied away from [including the US].

The Compact is a part of Agenda 2030 to replace the populations of Europe with migrant stock and will see the end of borders as we know them. It will also mean that a full-scale revolution will be the only way to stop the implementation of Sharia Law in the next few decades.

Descent into Tyranny

Most people know nothing because their sources of news are poisoned by corporate orchestrated propaganda and extremist ideologues. Politicians are puppets. Celebrities, many of whom are empty-headed narcissists, have nothing intelligent to say and just spout emotional rhetoric. It is only the independent journalists and organizations that seem to provide any semblance of truth and reality and even they are being persecuted in a drive to eliminate them.

With insufficient or erroneous knowledge being peddled, people will use their own emotions and beliefs to draw their own conclusions. This may lead to them (a) leaving it to their ‘betters’; (b) unwittingly siding with corporatist wishes; or (c) rejecting it all as lies.

At some point, pressure may build towards creating a social schism with dissidents being cited as the over-arching threat. Dissident voices are regularly condemned as xenophobes, racists, misogynists and any other pejorative term that comes to mind.

We see also the rise and increasing prominence in zombified individuals who have acquired the label “NPC” (Non Player Character from the world of computer gaming). These merely scream and repeatedly chant meaningless and ill-founded rhetorical claims. Dissidents are being linked with the illusory ‘Far Right’ and being warned against for their hate speech. They are being used to be blamed virtually every time a terrorist incident occurs and for inciting hatred. Dissidents are rebranded as the biggest social malaise facing society. All of it is a distraction from who the real villains are at the top of the food chain.

End Game

Make no mistake, arrests and persecutions for wrong think have already begun and will only worsen in the future. Moves to shutdown alternative media is well underway and the tech giants are willing to oblige. The outcome will be as it almost always is – control of a population through prejudice and persecution and the liquidation of any ordinary folk who dare to doubt the reality they are presented with.

Rather pessimistically, I see the road to ruin and hell on Earth as being an inevitability, unless we are all micro-chipped and transformed into computer controlled zombies to ensure our wayward thoughts are ‘medicated’ against.

BRIEFING ON BREXIT

Posted on 03/11/2018

Tony Abbott
Former Australian Prime Minister

Former Australian Prime Minister, Tony Abbott, wrote an article in The Spectator magazine concerning the beleaguered Brexit issue. Sometimes, someone from the outside looking in can see things more clearly than those up to their necks in it. I agree with his observation that the vote for Brexit was a vote for self confidence in Britain’s belief in itself. Unfortunately, it seems that the British Government does not share that sort of confidence, It is a pity that they seemed too arrogant to heed the advice of an expert negotiator, Donald Trump. Instead they “”seem determined to broker a deal from a position of weakness.

The Spectator & Tony Abbott

Tony Abbott: How to save Brexit

It’s pretty hard for Britain’s friends, here in Australia, to make sense of the mess that’s being made of Brexit. The referendum result was perhaps the biggest-ever vote of confidence in the United Kingdom, its past and its future. But the British establishment doesn’t seem to share that confidence and instead looks desperate to cut a deal, even if that means staying under the rule of Brussels. Looking at this from abroad, it’s baffling: the country that did the most to bring democracy into the modern world might yet throw away the chance to take charge of its own destiny.

Let’s get one thing straight: a negotiation that you’re not prepared to walk away from is not a negotiation — it’s surrender. It’s all give and no get. When David Cameron tried to renegotiate Britain’s EU membership, he was sent packing because Brussels judged (rightly) that he’d never actually back leaving. And since then, Brussels has made no real concessions to Theresa May because it judges (rightly, it seems) that she’s desperate for whatever deal she can get.

The EU’s palpable desire to punish Britain for leaving vindicates the Brexit project. Its position, now, is that there’s only one ‘deal’ on offer, whereby the UK retains all of the burdens of EU membership but with no say in setting the rules. The EU seems to think that Britain will go along with this because it’s terrified of no deal. Or, to put it another way, terrified of the prospect of its own independence.

But even after two years of fear-mongering and vacillation, it’s not too late for robust leadership to deliver the Brexit that people voted for. It’s time for Britain to announce what it will do if the EU can’t make an acceptable offer by March 29 next year — and how it would handle no deal. Freed from EU rules, Britain would automatically revert to world trade, using rules agreed by the World Trade Organization. It works pretty well for Australia. So why on earth would it not work just as well for the world’s fifth-largest economy?

CHIMES COMMENT by James Williams

I personally visited some 10,000 houses in Portsmouth during the 2016 referendum campaign. Of course, I did not meet every single person in every house, but I did meet quite a number and I can tell you that everyone I met seemed to be thinking pretty hard about what Brexit or no Brexit meant. My overwhelming opinion was that, these ‘ordinary people’ of Portsmouth were not stupid. Many were seriously concerned about what it all would come to. I thus totally reject the claim that one side was stupid or flippant. At the end of the day, it is these sort of people who carry the full brunt of things if and when wrong decisions are made. Unlike, some of the comfortable classes that do not have to worry so much about getting mugged if they happen to slip out at 9pm to get some cat food.

Historically people, like those that live in Portsmouth have been through wars both home and abroad and many of their ancestors did not survive.

Britain is set to leave the EU on 29th March 2019 with or without a deal, but Tony Abbott offered

5 points of advice in his article:

  1. Using rules agreed by the World Trade Organization, Britain set its own rules. As such, it can declare that it will not impose any tariff or quota on European produce and would recognise all EU product standards. That would mean there need to be no border controls for goods being imported from Europe.
  2. The UK should declare that Europeans already living here should have the right to remain permanently — and, of course, become British citizens if they wish.
  3. There should continue to be free movement of people from Europe into Britain — but for work, not welfare.
  4. No ‘divorce bill’ whatsoever should be paid to Brussels.
  5. There is no need on Britain’s part for a hard border with Ireland. Britain wouldn’t be imposing tariffs on European goods, so there’s no money to collect. Technology allows for smart borders, so that eliminates the need for a ‘Checkpoint Charlie’ arrangement. Also, Irish citizens retain the right to live and work in the UK in an agreement that long predates EU membership.

If the EU decides to get uppity about this kind of independence and try to punish the UK with tariffs, they are restricted by WTO rules that place caps on retaliatory action of 4-5%. Whatever they do, we have used to be a country that coped with threats and, we have a much larger ally across the pond that would be only too eager to a trade deal. In fact, Mr. Trump has already got one he ‘baked earlier’.
